I love the fast and friendly service here! We have been using Brannon Stand Drugs since day 1 and have never been disappointed!! I love being able to leave the Doctor’s office and go straight to the pharmacy where my prescriptions are ready waiting on me! The drive thru is an added bonus!

Made my first visit to Brannon Stand Drugs today when my pharmacy was out of a much needed prescription for my son. They were so friendly and quick to help. I will now be moving our prescriptions to them!
We recently switched pharmacies and they have been great since day one! Always fast and friendly. Definitely go above and beyond to meet customers needs.
They have the sweetest staff and I never have to wait for my meds!! I highly recommend them to everyone!! Just say NO to chain drug stores!!
I Switched from a big grocery store pharmacy known for their customer service to Brannon stand drugs after continuous issues with them having my medicine in stock or being treated like a criminal for filling a prescription I fill every month and have for years. My only regret is not switching sooner, everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful. It’s the kind of place they know you by name and it’s amazing. If you’re still going to a big box pharmacy you need to switch immediately.
My husband and I first heard of this place from my grandfather as he was impressed by their service. We’ve decided to give it a try nearly 2 years ago and been coming here since. There are several pharmacies that are much closer to our home in Rehobeth; however, we have no issues driving out this way to get our prescriptions because there is barely any wait time to get them filled.
