I got same day service that was friendly and courteous. Gary seemed to know what needed to be done and did it.

I had Brannon Sewer Service do work at my home. The truck got off my drive and ran through my yard leaving huge ruts from the tandem rear tires. I contacted Sharon multiple times over a two month period and even emailed photos of the damage. They have yet to respond. If you use their service I recommend not paying until you have inspected you property closely. I would not recommend them to any of my friends.

I was very satisfied with the service brannon provided me. I called them in a panic my toilets wouldn't flush and I had inlaws on the way from out of town. I explained this to the very nice lady over the phone and she explained to me what she thought the problem was, and that she would get somebody in route immediatly. When the driver got here he was very courteous and knew his stuff. He was able to find my tanks and dig them up in no time.
