Very nice atmosphere and people
I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with PA Brannon. This practice does not operate any differently than any other practice. It’s up to thr patient to advocate for what they need. It’s not the providers job.
Awful patient care. Sure, you can get an appointment and get seen in a flash because that’s how they get their money from insurance companies, but anything beyond that is pitiful to non-existent. We plan to dispute our visit with our insurance company because this practice’s focus is greed. They cram their appointments so full they leave no room for taking care of their patients after they’ve billed the insurance company. New patients and future clients beware. Do your due diligence.
I wish we would have read reviews before we scheduled. No matter how you try, it is extremely difficult to get anyone from this team to return calls. It’s very discouraging. Maybe don’t overbook your schedule for quantity to boost revenue, and instead focus on carving out time each day for quality of care and responding back to patients’ needs.
