AVOID KELLY
Terry is honest as the day is long (a Summer Soltice day mind you) and knows more about real estate / the paperwork behind it than any real state agent I've ever met. Combined w/ his 40y of industry relationships means you can't do 'better'.
I called this woman Kelly asking for a Rental and she said she'd look into it and get back to me. It was a month later so I figured I'd call to catch up and see if she found anything. She was very rude and told me that they don't do rentals when she could have just told me that in the beginning. She went out of her way to get my name and number just to not call me back and waste both her and my time. Therefore I'm giving you guys a 1 star review.
