This place really sucks!!! Service department is a joke!
While my husband and I were on our way down to Destin, FL, it began to rain. My brand new right windshield wiper blade flew off. Thankfully Brannen Ford was only a couple miles down the road. We pulled up to see the service department was extremely busy and thought we were going to have to wait awhile. The gentleman at the front desk came out right away to get the Vin # to make sure to get the correct ones. They will not even give you a first oil change with the purchase of a new vehicle.
So yes I'm late with this review. I didn't buy, but was there when my son bought his first truck from them. He would give this review, however he is in the US Coast Guard and can't at this time. I will say for me...after buying numerous autos from numerous dealerships...the staff at Brennen Ford are excellent...no haggle, no issues, and great communication with the purchase of my son's truck. Brannen dealership is one of a kind!!! They saved us on a road trip when we ran into some surprise car troubles and AAA wasn’t helping too much. They are quick, personable, and fixed us right up! Highly recommend for any services. 10/10 would use again
