All of the staff were friendly. Christy was very nice and she keeps the place well organized!! Blake was a life saver. I was traveling and my truck broke down and he got me in right away. Their overall service and customer service was excellent!! Thank You
The guys in the Ford service department took care of a whole list of new issues from cam phasers to turbos. They even fixed old issues from my coolant leaking to front end noise that other dealers haven't been able to fix for years. Not only did they get me fixed up, everyone I talked to from the service writers to tech kept me well informed throughout the entire process. Highly recommend making the drive to Unadilla for
Just got my son a car here. Wasn't told the sunroof didn't work until I got in the car for the test drive. Than they had no clue why it don't work. Crub rash on the front rim pretty bad wasn't told about. 12 yr old car so I expected some wear n tear. But still would have been professional to tell me these things before I drove 40 miles to the dealership. The salesman was a nice guy and it is a good looking car. So all and all my sons happy so I'm happy.
