Posting on behalf of my mom. She traded in her prized possession (her Tahoe) after seeing a beautiful white Traverse. I didn't think she was going to pull the trigger but after talking with Michael and them allowing her to take her time and not rush the process, she decided to trade in Blu. She truly loved the employees and customer service here. Their service department was phenomenal as well. Shout out to Michael Teasdale and Sean Orr for their willingness to go above and beyond.
