When you come in the store, they are Always willing to help you out with whatever your needs are... They are locally owned which is a plus ➕ in my book...
Bad customer serice, i felt like just a number here. I bought something that needed to be delivered when i asked how much the lady told me $15/20. When i went to pay for it they said it was $40. I told them their employee told me $15/20 they said she just works in the garden she doesn't know. I live less than a mile away, they shouldve delivered for the price i was told by thier employee. i will not be back. this was a $350 item.

As a woman, one of the things I dread most is picking up big bags of mulch, soil, etc. every year. They are heavy, dirty and awkward to carry. I stopped by before work one day fully prepared to get dirty carrying bags of soil to the car. But upon checking out, there was someone waiting for me to tell him which car was mine. He carried all the bags to my car without skipping a beat. Work clothes didn’t get dirty and I didn’t embarrass myself busting a bag open in the parking lot. Well done, Branneky! Tried and true for so many things. Everyone is friendly. Great for things that are hard to find for our older home. Beautiful plants and hanging baskets.
