Word of mouth is very powerful. Will not bring my dog here -- EVER!!
I've been taking my animals to Dr. Brighton ever since I moved here. He's always been the most caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable doctor. Even though he sees hundreds of animals at any given time, he always makes mine feel like they are number one. He's very, very talented and his practice and I have great respect for him. He was also very compassionate during times we had to put our loved ones to sleep. The staff there is excellent and very attentive. I recommend him to everyone!
First time there recently for a spay. Was told everything went great. Our 2 yr old healthy golden doodle was dead the next morning. Necropsy revealed negligence and malpractice. Dr. Brighton refuses to meet and will not return calls. WE ARE HEARTBROKEN. Stay away.
I have taken my cat there for 8-9 years and have been quite satisfied with the treatment, care and respect they show to both my cat and myself. The facility is clean and neat and the staff is friendly, takes their time and doesn't make me feel rushed when I have questions and concerns. My cat and I both prefer dealing with Dr. Pontious-she's the best!! I will even wait a few extra days if it means we can see her.
