They're convict road crews on their construction sites are unprofessional and don't know how to do their jobs. They never put up the correct signage then get mad at you for going the wrong way. There cones are always all over the road. In particular the Bridge Street project in Brighton. I'm sure like with most government jobs Brighton took the lowest bid and it shows.
I'm 63, disabled and I live on a fixed income. brennan is replacing the water lines and has been driving their big trucks, some full of dirt, for quite a while in the park.
