This past January I had to put a townhome in the Pennel Place community in Middletown/Lima area up for sale and called Branka who had been referred by a friend. The age of all the original hardware, appliances, and plumbing as well as the condition the townhome was left in, required that I sell as-is or invest a significant amount to rehab.
