I actually looked forward to my dentist apt this time! First time ever. My hygienist was very nice and did a great job. I appreciate that they were honest about what I did and didn’t need done and I ended up not paying extra for treatments my old dentist said I absolutely needed. I will definitely be back here.
Lack of Transparency with pricing and insurance codes: **Editing this review one week after it was originally posted. Dr Hernan reached out to me directly to discuss my review. He was very polite and professional. He explained why they use the insurance codes they do, which is to provide the highest quality dentistry. While I do think that Dr Hernan is very qualified and would most likely provide very high quality dentistry for my crown procedure, my experience below is still true so I am leaving the original review here as ... read more
