The people at this facility are top-notch! They took me in right away and fixed the glass on my firestove. They gave me lots of instruction on how to keep the glass intact and they were prompt in fixing my problem. I would recomment them to anyone!!
I will highly recommend Braniff Intercity Glass. They were hired to install a new front store window for my store. Milan Dave and Will were very efficient, they went above and beyond to get the job done as quickly as possible. Thank you, guys. Tanya the office admin person is also very pleasant everytime I called. You guys are certainly the best of the rest. Greg, you have a wonderful team members.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service provider. I called this company for help with a cracked window in my home. The technician came, took measurements, and gave me a very reasonable explanation: water had likely gotten inside the glass, then froze in the cold weather, which caused it to crack. I appreciated his honesty. I told him I needed that explanation written down so I could show it to my landlord — just a simple sentence in the email or quote. Days la... read more
