Hello...I made an appointment for my jeep 2016 for a computer recall,..prior to coming to this dealership I went to Fitzpatrick Jeep and Milford jeep locations..both places had the MOST deplorable customer service, looks like you bother them for coming and asking a simple question...after those two experiences I decided to call Branhaven and was a nice experience...people that works here were friendly and welcoming....the lady that work by the gift shop she was very friendly gave my dog a treat or two......I think this locat... read more
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Got an appointment quickly and easily. Prompt attention the moment I pulled in. Thoroughly covered what was being addressed. Waiting area is lovely and has many helpful extras. Service was completed quickly and done professionally. Everyone I spoke with was polite, professional and just so pleasant. Just an absolute pleasure to do business with.
