Management is amazing and the maintenance has always been quick to handle any issues. Ours have always been little ones, but fixed within 48 hours. Sound level is so quiet if you consider the area of the city it is located in. While not ideal, they do their best to make sure the gates are always in working order and having an on-site security for overnight watch is great.
