I return to Brandywine Vision because Dr. DeAngelis and her staff are personable, punctual and knowledgeable. The service and product are excellent!
First visit with my daughter Kaylee yesterday, very pleased with the service, and staff. Plans on having the whole family seen!
The service in this office has gone severely downhill! Dr. DeAngelis is very personable but the vision center is awful and getting worse. After five years of great service, it is mistake after mistake with the frames, lenses, orders coming in then being sent back because they didn't get the name correct. It's one blunder after another and, to compound the frustration, the vision center associate is rude. I really like this office. Was forced to go there due to insurance, but it turns out that Dr. DeAngelis and her staff are great!. Completely thorough exam, both contacts and eyeglasses were right the first time (and I wear bifocals, so that can be tricky).
Not even sure where to start with my horrible experience! Received my new glasses in a timely manner but with the wrong color frames. It is now 2 1/2 months later, still no frames and their follow up is completely horrible. Rarely answer phones during business hours, have left multiple messages over weeks with no return call, few times I have spoken to someone was told she could not help and would pass message along.
