Horrible! This morning my mother fell because it is 100% ice under snow! The grass is hardly cut the leaves are never collected, except in your apartment. The trash can is to small for the complex and during summer is overflowing. The gate is broken a lot of the time. The rent is ridiculous and you pay an arm and leg for water. HORRIBLE!

New owners "blue cord realty" without warning they had "pest control" entering units! There was no email, no letters or any sort of notice to tenants about this new absurd policy. Just one day someone turning your lock and entering. Also my very first lease renewal with this place came around and my rent went up by $255!
To be fair, with previous owners, this was a five star place to live. Great price of $960 a month for 1,000 sq ft space plus storage/garage. New owners of Blue Chord Realty ruined that by increasing rent $500 out of nowhere with no reason, no communication, basically a giant F YOU to the tennant's. AVOID and look for the new homes built on tiny town for more space and less rent than Brandywine.
