Excellent setup Nice new facility and great customer service
What is the point of having an animal control service if, after three hours, no one has even been dispatched? I called about a dog that needed help, and three hours later, I was told that nobody had even been sent out yet. This is completely unacceptable. Animals can be injured, hit by cars, become overheated, or disappear while waiting hours for help that never comes. We entrusted Brandywine Valley ASPCA with our 5-month-old, 8-pound toy poodle, Cali, for her spay surgery. While the surgery itself appears to have gone well and Cali is doing fine, our experience surrounding her care and the follow-up afterward was deeply disappointing. When checking in, we were specifically asked whether Cali needed any vaccines. We clearly said no. So excited for this new location! Came for the grand opening and everything is so clean!! I hope they keep it that way :). There’s a fenced off roof top for the pups to get some outdoor time. Come take a dog out for a Skip Day if you can!
