Other than two gentleman at the front desk, the rest of the staff are basically teenagers that have no idea what they’re doing.

Avoid this place for any vet / medical work. Going in for a spay, at check-in, we were asked if our Cali (5 months old toy poodle) needed any vaccinations. We specifically said she did not. The staff also confirmed that her records showed she had already received her rabies vaccine just three weeks earlier and did not need another one. Despite that, when we picked her up, we learned she had been given an additional rabies vaccine and that we had been charged for it. We entrusted Brandywine Valley ASPCA with our 5-month-old, 8-pound toy poodle, Cali, for her spay surgery. While the surgery itself appears to have gone well and Cali is doing fine, our experience surrounding her care and the follow-up afterward was deeply disappointing.
