I would give zero stars for their scheduling staff if I could. When I called to make an appointment, the scheduler treated me as though I was bothering her. She repeatedly told me, four time, that my accent was “too thick” and that she could not understand me. I reminded her that this was unprofessional and patiently tried to move forward just to get the appointment scheduled. I've been a testopel patient of (originally) Dr. Cozzalino's and now Dr. Desperito's for years and can say that both doctors and the entire staff have been fantastic the entire time !
Front desk was very friendly, smiling and kind! I only waited about 3 minutes until I was taken back for my appointment. I saw Dr. Mona Yezdani. She was VERY kind, attentive, informative and I did not feel rushed at all. She was thorough in her explanations and made everything easy to understand. All other Dr’s have downplayed my ongoing issues for the last year while Dr. Yezdani is being proactive and super helpful. Highly recommend seeing her.
Went in for a follow up and to schedule surgery for kidney stones made to feel like an inconvenience and that my presence alone bothered them.Blown away just having a conversation about my condition went this way. Doctor had a horrible attitude from the minute walking into the room. Very disappointed! You are there to care for patients let’s try to CARE
