Change there standards of "quality" spent 20,000 on a new septic system, now i have these 24" covers which are very visible also 2 PVC pipes sticking up about 4 inches out of the ground. i was told the access hatches have to be visible in accordance with Chester county health department so i would not recommend brandy wine septic ,
