Brandywine River Valley Home Health and Hospice — A Review from the Heart Hospice. My goodness, what an experience. When my mother came home from Montgomery County Hospital to begin hospice care in our home, we had a general sense of what hospice meant — but we truly had no idea what we were in for. This hospice team is like no other. There are so many words to describe them. Honest, caring, respectful, warm hearted, etc. I had a horrible experience with a different hospice group, after many complaints we were finally able to make the switch to Brandywine River Valley- which was a blessing. Our nurse, Lisa was our God sent angel. She was our nurse for my father in law and my grandmother. Phenomenal. 😇 In three days it will be a year since I lost my father in law. We were amazingly blessed by Brandywine RV Home Health and Hospice. They provided excellent care and demonstrated a genuine empathy and care for my father-in-law. He thoroughly enjoyed every single person from hospice who came to help him. Everyone from the nurses, to the aids, to the Chaplain and Social Worker were wonderfully-nice and giving of their time and expertise.
