Brandywine River Valley Home Health and Hospice — A Review from the Heart Hospice. My goodness, what an experience. When my mother came home from Montgomery County Hospital to begin hospice care in our home, we had a general sense of what hospice meant — but we truly had no idea what we were in for. This hospice team is like no other. There are so many words to describe them. Honest, caring, respectful, warm hearted, etc. I had a horrible experience with a different hospice group, after many complaints we were finally able to make the switch to Brandywine River Valley- which was a blessing.
