Dr. Russell is worth the wait. He diagnosed my problem immediately and has worked with me on treatment options. I feel better than I have in two years.
Phenomenal office- if you have struggled to be diagnosed in the past go here! They listen and truly help!
Takes weeks to get a call from them for an appointment. God forbid if you miss the call (I was in the shower). They called 5 X's straight!!!?? Then no call back when I returned the call (really??!!). This is a terrible way to run anything let alone a Drs office. Good ratings mean 💩 if this is how they operate the practice.
Takes my appointment, has me wait 6 weeks says everything is good, cancel 2 hours before appointment. Massively unprofessional.
