I called as a new patient. The automated answering service says for New Patients press 1. The next step is you get a message telling you to leave your name and phone number and you will receive a call back within 7 days. Then after waiting a week you receive a call to tell you they are not accepting new patients. If you are not accepting new patients it just should state that on the initial phone message instead of making people wait a week before letting them know you can't help them. It is very unprofessional.
Very poor management if you cannot see new patients. Absolutely unacceptable!!
Called to make a new patient appointment as they were recommended by my family. Was greeted with an answering machine with prompts to leave a a message only to have it disconnect every time before getting a chance to speak. This is the 2nd time I tried. The first was 2 months ago and received no call back . I then called again to now have someone nastily answer saying “can I help you?” No greeting or anything but I digress.
