On September 12, 2017 I was schedule to see Dr. Travis J. Dwyer at his Brandywine Bear location. I contacted the office one day prior to find out what paper work was needed and picked up all documents. I explained to the receptionist that I work late and will arrive the next day about 5:15 pm for my appointment. I arrived at 5:10 pm with paperwork in hand while waiting to be called the receptionist told a patient that Dr. Dwyer had left for the day.
