good living while not everyone will be happy with Brandywine Manor Apts. I myself cannot say anything bad about my 5 plus years living here. Managment and Maintence here are to me are the best in this area.Mgt is very thoughtful and caring of tenents, and most times goes above and beyond to satisfy same. Maintence is on the ball,he is very smart about all phases of apt living and if a problem does arise,is right there to take care of it
Long time resident As a long time resident of this complex it is true that the affordability of this complex was a drawing point....but it was also safe and friendly ....but... in the last few years new management has taken over as well as new maintanence and along with this have come a lot of changes.... 1st being the rates that they are increasing the rent every year which most of us believe that they are doing to compensate for the fact that they can't keep the apartments filled...They are completely disrespectful of the ... read more
That was then - this is now. Give us a try! 'Tis true that management/maintenance left something to be desired, but we are working hard to change this. We care about our tenants and respond rapidly to maintenance requests. We are in the process of updating the apartments with new kitchens and will be installing new windows soon. We have a reputation as the safest complex in the area. Check us out!
Do not expect a lot for a cheap price My husband and I have lived at this apartment complex for over 5 years. And while we are not pleased with it, the price is very affordable (or was until they raised the rates). Even with the raised rates, the prices are still comparable to other apartment complexes in the area. On Cherry Tree Road itself there are 3 apartment complexes - this is one of the 3 and the best thereof. The management is very illusive and the maintenance has a lot to be desired for.
