The Brandywine Inn began as an idea shared by George and Doris Bernas and their friend, Steve Morgan. Their goal was to create a haven for people who, like themselves, enjoyed fine dining in the European tradition in which dining constituted the event of the evening. The renovation of the building and the construction of the Brandywine Inn was largely accomplished by the hand labor of the Bernases, Steve Morgan, and a few friends.

Was there on Valentines Day this year with another couple. Superb!
I love The Brandywine Inn! Such beautiful food, tender homemade bread, and a great wine list. So sad it's closing. It's an institution!
We went to Brandywine for Thanksgiving 2009 and 2011 it was a wonderful laid back experience and we will be going back with the whole family in 2012! It is a family tradition from now on! They have an amazing spread for Thanksgiving and you will be stuffed but not overly like if I where to slave away in the Kitchen! This is a much nicer way to do such an amazing holiday with family!
Brandywine Inn has a 5 star rating with 13 reviews.
Brandywine Inn is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 6:00 a.m.
