Cold knocked a few days after a bad storm in the area. We decided after looking at reviews and getting our damages filed with insurance (which they for some reason had a problem with) that we’d have them replace some damaged siding. It’s now 5 months after that storm and they’ve done multiple peoples houses in our area. We’ve been passed over and been led on by these guys as I suspect our work needed isn’t up to the amount they want. With just little siding fixes needed due to hail damage. I met with Megan first and was impressed with her knowledge professionalism. She then referred us to TJ.He also was kind professional and truly cared about our getting a badly needed new roof.He guided us every step of the way to attaining this thru our insurance. We really value him.
Our experience with Brandywine Exteriors has been excellent. Our rep, TJ was informative and upfront throughout the whole process. Once our insurance company approved our roof replacement due to wind damage, our roof was replaced within the week. My experience with Brandywine Exteriors was fantastic. They did an amazing job on my roof and siding. TJ was excellent, from the start he was super easy to work with and knows his stuff very well. He took time to explain everything in detail and helped me understand what my home needed. He genuinely cares about his customers. The crew was fast, professional, and cleaned up great. The house looks amazing. I highly recommend TJ and Brandywine Exteriors.
