All the buildings have mold in the walls and ceilings. The maintenance is horrible. The roofs leaks when it rains inside the buildings and the wood under the roof is dry rotted and moldy. The units have mold so bad that it's in the air, which leads to coughing alot and respiratory infections.
Quite and peaceful, a great place to raise children. It's a working class community and every one seems to be friendly and very respectful.

No. Just save yourself time and money as they are not worth the rent they request. Where to start…. The tub and sink constantly get backed up, all they told us was”yeah you gotta keep draino” rather than fixing it, for months we couldn’t use the sink when all they had to do was just buy a bigger size pip instead they told us “just dont touch it”. The AC does NOT work, currently says its 80 degrees and yes we always try and turn it down but apparently they control the heat as well so im not sure if they also control the AC. T... read more
