Team does a good job in keeping the building clean and area clean and safe for customers.
I had a window replaced by brandywine. recycling in brandywine maryland. Not only did they tell me that it would be available the next day it took a week. And then when it came in they break the clips and left the handle was off the rear hatch as thay replacedit. The only reason I found out was I opened the gate and the trim fell down. For the most part philip was cool. The guy he sent me to take care of the situation was nasty. I called at 10:31 a.m. to confirm a car part was available. They said yes, I told them I was on my way, and they agreed. After driving 30 miles, I got there only to be told the part was sold. When I asked what time, the guy said 10:30 a.m. I showed him my call log proving I called at 10:31, but he still insisted it was sold by 10:32. The excuses and attitude were unbelievable.
