well i have read all the reviews and comments for starters benny is awesome always nice always waves always has time to talk my apartment is fine not always happy about some of the things we as tenants have to pay for there have been times michell has talked to others about another tenant but some rules dont apply to everyone drugs in your apartment cops are called and you can still stay ? that dont seem right most tenants are nice and friendly you get what you pay for !!!!!
i think if people really feel that negative about her then they should tell her than rant about her online thats really low. and not to mention its asking reviews of the apartments not HER. id rather stick with the subject. so far i like the apartments and wont say its perfect because you cant be to picky if you cant make enough to buy your own home you have to make the most of what you can afford. we are only here till my husband gets done with marines basic but so far i think its nice here but i havent been here long
They really are nice apartments. But like arlene and sherry was saying, it seems like michelle is just trying to fill vacancies and the hell with keeping the troublemakers out. Its a shame that my husband and I had to sign a years lease or else we would have already moved.
I know for a fact that the good reviews seen here were solicited by the manager herself! The reason for all the discontent at Brandywine now is the manager herself. Everyone there knows there are rules and regulations EVERYONE must follow. She of course feels she is above the rules. The need for police presence has also increased in the last several months. They are nice apts and i would recomend them to anyone who ask.The only drawback is if you live near apt 302 &304.Then you will be harrassed constantly.... but you cant fix stupid...
i recently rented an apartment at brandywine. i have to say i was very pleased with everything. the manager of the office was extremely helpful and understanding. i was not able to come in and do my paper work until evening hours and the manager offered to come in late and let me fill them out. and later, wheni moved in, i could only do so on a weekend, and she was gracious to give up her weekend to be at the property and allow me to move in. she is always very nice to me and always takes the time to listen to any thing i ha... read more
The landlord has a very low professional view, and level of maturity. I hate to give such a low score, seeing as how the maintenance guy is amazing! He comes anytime day or night if you need anything done, always helps and is always friendly. The only thing I like is the maintenance personel.
I have personally known Michelle and Benny for over 2 years. Both are true professionals. They take pride in thier property and care for all thier tenants. Brandywine always has neat appearance and staff has always be helpful and professional.
Location, Location, Location. The are great apartments for a college student , single person, or newly married couple with out children. The prices are ok, the apartments are a bit dated but the is onsite laundry and youre literally 2 minutes away from all the fun stuff that Tullahoma has to offer! So overall these arent bad for someone who is a first time renter.
