The manager at Brandywine will do what ever she can do to help you, she will walk the grounds everyday and wave and speak to everyone. If you have a problem she will listen. Theresa really cares about her tenants and the safety of them. When she started over here the parties were off the wall but not anymore. OK the one good thing I can say about the place is that the maintenance staff was pretty prompt regarding the many problems that occurred. Other than that... The most poorly managed place I have ever stayed, and I once stayed in an apartment in Indianapolis that had a few actual crackheads as tenants. Still managed better. In my first year at Brandywine, I was sad to see their landlady of many years retire. After that, they couldnt keep a steady landlady even a full year.
