DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE.The staff is rude and airheaded. My Girlfreind Rented the same apartment for 5 Years and the carpet was not new and was indicated on the Walk through. When she moved out We had the carpets and Walls Cleaned along with walls holes filled. The place was Impecable. If you rent from these people you will not get your security deposet back Period You will not get it at all All our freinds who have rented from this place have ended up owing money for their apartment. The most terrible thing about living in Brandywine was the leasing department. If you enjoy someone rolling their eyes when you walk in or holding their hand up to you like youre a wall or just plain rude than Brandywine is the place for you! Theyll double your rent everytime you renew your lease and charge you ridiulous fees when you move out for some non exisitent carpet damage or cleaning fees.

Not a luxury apartment but.......Good location, fast maintenance, freindly staff, well priced, well maintained. I loved the year I spent at Brandywine. Wouldnt have moved if my job didnt move me out or state.
