the maintenance team is completely non-existent. had a leak in my window that they wouldn’t fix for MONTHS, flooding on the side if our apartment that they wouldn’t fix, and when you call them they give you non-answers and excuses like “oh it’s a big project, we’re trying to work on it” and then nothing gets fixed, no compensation is made, it’s all you and you alone. i had to fix the leak with my own money, supplies, and time. a hurricane is on the way and they haven’t addressed any concerns regarding our maintenance issues ... read more

The new company already has a big impact on us, although the previous management was a NIGHTMARE! AND LEFT THEM SUCH A MESS!.... For the first time I can say that I'm having a good experience with the Drakes. Because the new staff really trying their best to improve our condition of living..... Especially BORA the new assistant manager just proved me that there's hope for humanity.... This is an older complex and things occasionally break. However, when maintenance is needed, they do a great job at fixing problems in a timely manor. They are very friendly and very respectful of the tenants property and maintaining cleanliness - they leave no trace. Also there is never trash laying on the streets by my building :)
Honestly this place doesn’t deserve a star review! Firstly, this is the garbage. Always overflowing and disgusting. Huge community and the only pick up once a week. Secondly, we had a rat infestation. They wouldn’t listen when we said how they were getting in. And it took forever for them to respond to our requests. And we HAVEN’T HAD AIR IN A WEEK AND A HALF!
