If I could provide 0 stars to tank their rating, I would. And it would be well deserved. This is the greediest, most unhelpful complex I’ve ever had the displeasure of living at. Once, maintenance workers and third party contracted workers come into my home without proper warning, entered my bedroom without my consent while I was not home, and let my pet out. Very affordable and safe but we are now FORCED to pay for internet that is absolutely terrible. We don’t even use it because it’s that bad. Wish we could opt out. Also, pools are constantly out of order… so we play for amenities that we don’t get to use. We also pay for mail lockers and the mail man just sat mine on the open table for anyone to grab. The employee that we were supposed to tour with was not helpful at all. She tried to get all of our contact information and talked for over 30 minutes before we actually got to tour the apartments. Eventually she told us to go look at an apartment by ourselves, and when we got there the keypad was broken and we couldn’t get in. We had to go back to her office and had to get someone to unlock it for us. It was very unhelpful. I visited Brandywine in search of my next home. The leasing agent, Deborah Blockmon, was an absolute delight! I am relocating from out of town and have visited multiple communities this week which has been very eye opening and stressful. From the moment I walked in, Deborah was personable and spent time looking for the BEST fit for me! She is an asset to Brandywine!
