North Versailles cliffview apt. Brandywine is stopping investigators from going into a tenants house who abandoned there pets for 3 weeks. What's worse is even animal friends can't come to get into the apartment because of Brandywine repeatedly convincing them that the tenant will come back and they never do. Tried making me pay rent TWICE because they lost my payment – I received a notice in the mail that my rent was paid. Sometimes I pay in cash and sometimes I pay with check. So, I call them and state that I paid my rent (I thought by cash), and she says, "Did you get a receipt", I said no. I've never had a problem before and I've lived here for 6-7 years, why think anything would be any different. Heritage Park – I lived here for several years and found it to be a nice, quiet place to live. The apartments are old and could stand to be updated, but neighbors were nice and the maintenance staff was wonderful. When I moved out, I discovered Brandywine management's dirty little secret: they are thieves. Somehow, over the years, they have gotten away with stealing people's security deposits. Kensington Arms – I think that it is a complete joke to move here. Because the sup's wife is a drunk and she mooches boozes off of tenents and also money. Her son steals from apartments also the supervisor relies on other male tenants to do electrical and plumbing and help with basement and elevator flooding. I have asked him several times to get into storage and I have been ignored. Wife and son show apartments while wife is drunk and in underwear. This is inappropiate behavior for people to see. Do not rent off these people – I have rented an apartment in White Oak for many years and am finally moving on.This rental agency does nothing but suck you in, first of all "free heat" is a lie,you pay for the furnace running off of electric, so don't fall for it!!! Second of all the management here is a joke, in the winter be prepared to clean your own sidewalks. The noise and the drug dealings are also out of control, management does nothing.
