Terrible customer service. Takes literal month and a half to get in for "urgent care" appointments, even after an ER visit. Couldn't be bothered to send over an order for a XRay request (even three hours after her appointment) so my wife got to sit and wait in pain at the hospital for over an hour waiting for them to send in the order because they are on their lunch break. Expect to spend a lot of time and money at Urgent Care clinics for any routine illness or accident unless you are willing to wait over a month to be seen.
I just wanted to say I love this office and Dr Brandy good staff and very professional
