I really like it!! Good Americanized Chinese. A bit pricey.
The food is bland. Two indicators that it's Americanized: forks at every place setting, and they proudly advertise no MSG. Stay away if you want good Chinese food.
Chinese food that appeals to a safer palate, not spicy per se. Only Chinese in Castro. Usually busy, some dishes over sauced or under salted. Small plates OK, soups so-so. Fried foods well done, tasty.
The lemon chicken was great. The portions were just enough to fill me up but not over-stuff me. I came here at lunch and the waitress was very friendly and helpful and answered all my silly questions.
Not in the Castro - at the edge of North Beach and Chinatown. Great / consistent Chinese food for the Western palate. Some of the decor looks like it's from the 70's, however.
