Rude and unprofessional. Despite my mother having pleasant visits with her, Dr. Cross makes it seem as if requesting paperwork, visit notes and discharge summaries in a timely manner is as if we are asking her to close her practice and move to Africa. Who are you to believe you are owed an explanation regarding why the papers are needed? Have you no staff? Can they not do their jobs and give my mother her allotted paper work? Dr Cross is wonderful. I trust her completely. As well as being a excellent surgeon she is also very caring and easy to talk to.
If you have a hand problem, she is very qualified. Just the high ratings she receives from patients.
Dr. Cross and her staff are nothing less than wonderful. Time is taken to listen to patients. Diagnosis and treatment options are well explained. I would definitely recommend her office to those who have any hand/wrist problems. 5 Stars all the way!
Dr. Cros is the best. She treats you like family. She really explains things well. I'm glad I chose her when I broke my hand.
