What a joke of a doctor. Only wants to see you if she can make money off of you. Doesn’t genuinely care about her patients.
The worst doctor I’ve ever met. She literally rolled her eyes at me when I said this problem has been going on for two years now and I think we should get an MRI. She started throwing a tantrum like a child with her hands in the air like she’s doing me a favor for free or something. I pay my hard earned money as a disabled person for medical appointments. How does one become a doctor to be mean, unprofessional, and completely rude to her patients?
Rude and unprofessional. Despite my mother having pleasant visits with her, Dr. Cross makes it seem as if requesting paperwork, visit notes and discharge summaries in a timely manner is as if we are asking her to close her practice and move to Africa. Who are you to believe you are owed an explanation regarding why the papers are needed? Have you no staff? Can they not do their jobs and give my mother her allotted paper work? Dr Cross is wonderful. I trust her completely. As well as being a excellent surgeon she is also very caring and easy to talk to.
If you have a hand problem, she is very qualified. Just the high ratings she receives from patients.
