Recommendedso it's been a long time since I owned a beater car and had to justify spending lots on brand new parts for small fixes I could really just live with. I decided why not just hit up the junk yard like I did in high school and grab the parts for pennies on the dollar. 100% great idea! the place is more organized than ever before wicked friendly staff no mud to walk through. Brandy Brow Auto Parts need to take a course in manners and customer relationship. Will not do business with ever again. swearing and cussing is unacceptable. I have Been in the salvage yard business and building cars for over 40 years and helped install and put together the software for auto parts Never experienced the rudeness that I received from them.

Why did you lie to me about the car I had dodge stratus 1998 said It was worth 250 dollars and you sold it to some one in Haverhill for more 4,200 dollars I was ripped off on my car. Why???! Sign Tom Fluegge 3-4 yes ago!!!!!
What an incredibly rude and unprofessional company. I have been trying to donate my car to charity, and was assigned brandy brow as the tower. The woman on the phone I felt was being rude so I said something and she instead of saying "I'm sorry you feel that way" and continuing to be a professional, said "no I'm not" and hung up. Every subsequent call they refuse to even listen to two full sentences before hanging up.
Never had an ishu with any of my visit and there have been many over the year very clean very nicely priced and we'll to do staff
Extremely poor and rude service to customers. Quote you one price then pay less then half. bad business all around.
