I cannot say enough about Dr. Vic, Dr. Kate and the loving staff at Brandt Vet Clinic. When we brought our elderly brittany in I thought we were seeing the last of our loving pet and did not expect to bring him back home to Pennsylvania. Through Dr. Vic's care and guidance I was able to decrease his insulin, his coat is filling in and it's back to it's soft, shinny condition and he's once again the playful loving member of our family. Just had my cat treated. Awesome staff. Very thorough and caring.
High overturn of employees because office manager verbally harasses employees on a daily basis. Most staff doesn't last 6 months. If manager would spend less time focusing on silly protocols and making up petty tasks for employees to complete, maybe she would understand how a clinic should be run. Media will be notified of what goes on behind closed doors within the next couple weeks.
