I’m not sure if this particular location follows a different policy, although I understand it is owned by Brant. However, this was the first time I’ve ever been refused a part number simply because it was classified as a “Paccar part.” Additionally, I’d like to address the behavior of the gentleman who chose to hang up the phone while I was still speaking — that was quite rude and unprofessional.
