I used to always recommend brandt to others but wont be anymore. I have been very disappointed now with my last couple transactions. We have bought 3 skidsteers over the years and now recently I bought a gooseneck flat deck trailer, and my dad bought a triple axle gooseneck dump trailer. Extremely disappointed with the service at the Saskatoon branch. Paid (quite a bit) for a technician to go do a full inspection on a used unit, as I’m from out of town. Went directly to Brandt as I wanted it done right. Inspection report was thorough … but when the owner of the unit called the technician the next day, the technician divulged ALL the inspection report to him. The owner paid nothing for this and Brandt still charged me $1,000 for this report. Not impressed that there is no client confidentiality at this branch... read more
