I finally got my Apartment at Brandt. And am I happy! The office staff and quick maintenance makes life so much better.
I'm so happy living here. They take beautiful care of The Brandt's Apartments. I love our little neighborhood. These 3 maintenance repairs seemed to take a much longer amount of time than usual, but when the repairs were done, they were all completed that day. I'm so happy to have the sun shining in my living room window, now that the blind was repaired. Wonderful place to live. I am so thankful and grateful to be here. Maintenance and management are caring and friendly. I am very blessed.
they try to cover mold with paint and other stuff that are a big red flag, and since mostly only seniors live here ofc they wouldn’t care about it they only care about their profits and there’s issues with management almost always
