Have had our furnace serviced by Brandt's since the 90's. Typically cost goes up 5-10% every 1-2 years. Last year servicing of two furnaces which took about 1 to 1 1/2 hours (with replacement of air filter & humidifier screen) was $207. This year for the same ************** & equipment replaced they charged $380.54 (an 84% increase).When I call and talked to accounts manager I got a long winded explanation that they brought in outside consultant who basically told them they weren't charging enough. We are new to the area and the central air would not work on a Sunday morning. Called several companies including Brandt. The called us within a half an hour and came out within 20 minutes. Fixed and gone within an hour. Great people and very fair price. Would not hesitate to call them again.
