Terrible appraiser. Was only in my house 10 minutes. Added things to the appraisal that just flat out aren't true. Missed new roof on house. Paid for a second appraisal from another company and came in over $90k different.
Mr Orick was simply upset that his house didn't appraise at his inflated value. If he did get an appraisal for $90,000 more than I appraised it would be among the most expensive in the area. His house needed substantial work. The same modes, fully renovated, weren't selling for $90,000 more. As for being in the house 10 minutes? I was onsite for nearly an hour.
