Alan When we build our house he put a radon gas 3 inch pipe from basement to roof to put a cap at the basement end it filled with about 10 inch’s of rain water in a 5 year time and it froze up from cold air coming down from roof top and in the basement area it exploded in between that walls and 4 foot of pipe and ice dropped in my basement… so I have a cap off in the roof pipe now now water in that pipe will never have him back for any kind of work …….

Allan just finished a job for us through our warranty company. He was prompt in answering phone calls and making appointments. He did an excellent job replacing our water heater, and was genuinely a pleasure to do business with. It took several weeks to complete, but that was only because the warranty company was slow in shipping to replacement piece. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Not very professional. I was informed by my warranty company that I had an appointment scheduled with this company. I was given an eight hour window, so about 4 hours in, I called the company...no answer so I left a message. Never did get a call back nor did anyone respond to my residence. Professional? I think not.
