My 1 star is because Owner Sharon refunded me 5% less than the total price for selling me a shed she knew couldn't be delivered. Sharon came to do a site survey in person (20 minutes after I called her to ask her an ETA since it was 40 minutes past our scheduled meeting time) prior to us picking out a shed. Sharon told me she thought her delivery person would be able to deliver the shed we selected and if they could not deliver the shed that she would refund me 100%.
