We carry the biggest selection of bicycles on Long Island. We have an awesome bike service department , a pro fitting room, repair shop, accessories, apparel, and we rent bicycles. Ordered SRAM crankset Wednesday. Received Friday. Installed Friday evening, but pedal washer was missing. Emailed Brands about missing washer Saturday morning. Received e-mail from Brands letting me know a new washer was on its way. Pedal washer was waiting for me in my mailbox Monday afternoon. Pedal washer installed Monday evening. Very happy customer!
I have bought two bicycles, lots of accessories and gear from Brands. It is always a pleasure. The team there is great and gracious. The Brands family have been at this so long and it shows in the service they give. Dare I say I remember back in the years of roughly 79-83 I remember seeing their BMX racing team at the Newbridge BMX racing track supporting all things bicycles at the grass roots level.

Great selection and service. Just so happen to have gone during a sale, 10% off is a nice bonus when your spending $1000 on bikes!

Bought a Stumpjumper here and I could not be happier with the service and follow up. Byron was excellent in checking the status of the delivery and details - they contacted me as soon as the bike came in. I needed to switch the bike out for a size smaller (I moved up to 29) and it was done quickly and easily with nothing but smiles. The follow up service has been easy and wonderful... the guys in the service department are fun and informative.
