Recommendedvery good store! the people speak spanish well
Had an issue with training wheels purchased back in February for my granddaughter’s bicycle. Even though we followed the directions we couldn’t get them to fit. The store was closed due to the pandemic, I called & left a message. Within a day I received a response and help from Gary, an employee who helped make a little girl very happy. 🚲
They only care about Profits. They should be closed Employees and some customers walking around with out masks. The Governor closed all business like this
We went around to several independent and big box stores looking for bikes. Brands offered the most choices and price range to be able to meet what we were looking for. They know their product, the differences and benefits of each, encourage test rides and were patient and professional through it all. We ultimately had to order our bikes to get our size and this was done with a small, refundable deposit. Jen was fantastic! We were in this morning to buy a bike for Glenn and then came back late afternoon for me! I am a casual rider and we went to Walmart as I do not need a great bike - no comparison between the offerings and came back to buy my bike from Jen. Thank you all so much - great service and all really are super nice!
Very helpful service at store and with delivery. Bike was delivered by young guy named Tim. He went above and beyond to help me out. I had to take bike in my car to another location. He showed me how to take the front wheel off and loaded it in the car for me. Was super polite and helpful. I even called the manager to let him know. Definitely would use Brands again.
the salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to helping me who had not rode a bike in over 40+ years😮and helped me with deciding on a bike that was fitted for me and appropriate for my bike riding experience.
