Cameron was awful! After spending 15 minutes, he still couldn't even begin to jack hammer the slab, and then 15 minutes later, he still hadn't found the leak! His work was unprofessional, messy, and highly inefficient, I planned to be free by midday, but he was still here until late in the evening. No thanks to you Cameron! I needed a small toilet repair in an 1889 Victorian. Malachi showed up late and displayed a lack of professionalism both in the repair and in responding to my questions. I can't recommend this plumbing company and specifically Malachi for his subpar work. I will definitely be avoiding their services in the future.
Malachi clearly dislikes what he does. His lack of enthusiasm at the task site, the poor quality of his work, and his disregard for detail are all apparent. We contacted this company for a major renovation including a new bathroom, some sewer repair, a new HVAC system, and more. Unfortunately, Malachi failed to complete it on time and the result was far from satisfactory. We went significantly over budget, and it seemed as though there were sudden, unexpected issues that needed to be addressed.
cameron was unprofessional. the first thing he neglected to do was put on covers for his shoes. he misdiagnosed the problem and failed to correct it, leaving me clueless about what was wrong. he didn't even bother to show me how to turn the water off outside in case of an emergency! he was exceptionally unfriendly and unhelpful. a completely terrible experience with this company's plumbing service.
Cameron was a very subpar plumber who failed to get our system ready for the cold of winter. This being our first home, he impatiently rushed us through the process of what he was searching for and going to do, neglecting to provide any advice on what we could do with this company's services.
