I had Brandon's Heating & Air come out to do work a year ago (roughly) and so they sent me a text about a Fall Special that they were doing. I set it up for last Wednesday, 11/8, at 3pm. I received a phone call on that day at 10:25am, but was not able to answer due to me being at work. There was no voicemail left.
